One of my favorite parts about being a photographer is getting the privilege to help friends celebrate the happiest occasions in their lives. I went to college with Lisa, and when she mentioned visiting San Francisco with her fiancé, Dave, we jumped at the chance to celebrate their engagement and their trip with a photography session. We had such a great time exploring Lands End park in San Francisco, as well as Marin Headlands just over the Golden Gate bridge. Travel | Milford Sound, NZ

I felt incredibly lucky to visit Australia and New Zealand with my family earlier this year. While it truly was a dream trip for us, filled with amazing vistas everywhere, Milford Sound just took my breath away! It had rained heavily the night before, which made the fiords into an otherworldly place filled with hundreds of little waterfalls falling from fog-covered cliffs. Even with the tour boats, it really did feel like a land of hobbits and elves.

Nikeeta and Shivu celebrated their love by tying the knot at the iconic San Francisco City Hall. I was so touched by their deep-rooted friendship, close-knit bonds with family, and the incredible love that simply radiated from them.
